tankasaurus: Now imagine that hate and quadruple it for the cashier who has to say it a million times a day every day that they work that job.  So just think, you only have to be there as long as your shopping lasts-the cashier has to be there for another six or so hours, pretending to be happy and annoying or else they get in trouble with their overbearing manager. :| This.. Not to mention, I sometimes ask stuff like this out of habit. Like I’ve had customers bring in cloth bags and I still asked them “paper or plastic” and realized oh gah sorry! Point is, unless you’ve worked retail, don’t say shit like this. :\
